Job Summary
Billing Specialist for Q2C at Kantar, responsible for end-to-end billing activities to ensure invoices are timely, accurate, and compliant; collaborates with project commissioning teams, identifies opportunities to improve billing processes, maintains SOPs, and produces reports for visibility and continuous improvement. Requires fluency in German and English, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, proactive problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/billing tools. Hybrid work arrangement with two to three days in the Porto office.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
