Job Summary
Billing Specialist - German speaker sought to support end-to-end billing processes for Kantar’s customers in a hybrid Portugal-based role. Responsibilities include ensuring invoices are timely, accurate, and compliant; collaborating with project commissioning teams to support billing management; identifying opportunities to improve and standardise billing processes; maintaining SOPs; addressing billing queries; producing reports to monitor activities; and working across Q2C and Finance functions. Requires fluency in German and English, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/billing tools.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
