Job Summary
Process a high volume of invoices daily, reviewing all entries prior to posting to ensure completeness, correctness, and margin compliance. Validate labor hours, materials, and pricing to meet gross margin targets, then submit invoices to clients within one business day with all required documentation. Achieve a minimum KPI of 30 invoices processed per day while troubleshooting client-specific billing issues and resolving portal submission requirements. Maintain speed and accuracy in high-volume revenue cycle operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or revenue cycle operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of billing processes and gross margin principles
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Adaptability to client-specific requirements and changing processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
