Job Summary
Billing Specialist at Carillon Assisted Living (Calyx Living) in Raleigh, NC, responsible for monthly processing of billing statements for assisted living and memory care residents; manage census changes and validate payments; prepare monthly journal entries and assist with month-end close for revenue reporting; analyze AR aging and coordinate collections with community teams; cross-trained to provide accounts payable and payroll support. Candidate should have 3–5 years of billing experience with AR exposure, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a Bachelor's Degree or combination of experience and Associates Degree. Fully in-office at the corporate office in Raleigh.

- Accounts Receivable exposure
- Experience in supporting accounting, accounts payable, payroll activities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or combination of experience and Associates Degree highly desired
