Job Summary
Review claims for accuracy, check insurance eligibility using online portals, and work with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Follow up on discrepancies while collecting and researching data to complement analytical decision-making. Maintain strong attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced environment using computers and websites. Available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Assist Ambulance, a New York City EMS agency with 30 years of service, offers full training in a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.
