Job Summary
Chair and facilitate biweekly Accounts Receivable conference calls with regional operational teams. Assist in branch billing processes for clients with unique requirements, conduct audits, and follow up with team members to resolve outstanding issues. Provide weekly client status updates to General Managers, Branch Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents. Directly interact with clients to resolve payment obstacles, work with outside collection agents on assigned corporate clients, and guide teams on collections escalation protocols and DOMO reporting. Support branch teams in all billing and collections activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of related Accounts Receivable experience
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
- Able to demonstrate sound independent judgment and discretion
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Licensed by the New York State Department of State
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
- Five (5) or more years of billing experience
- Five (5) or more years of collection experience
