Billing Specialist (12 month FTC)

Job Summary
The OTC Billing Specialist processes and approves sales orders and invoices in line with company standards, performs invoicing and reconciliations, investigates invoicing questions and disputes, validates indexing calculations, and coordinates with Sales, Credit, and other cross-functional teams to resolve requests and escalations. Responsibilities include managing customer-related changes (bank associations, bill-to/ship-to, tax, VAT, POs, partner setup, parent-child relationships), minimizing collection blockers, and contributing to process improvements while meeting defined service-level targets. Requires completing and reconciling billing activities, ensuring accurate client records, and maintaining high-quality reporting and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associates Degree
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Workday experience preferred
- High volume data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Second language fluency preferred: French
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google suite
