Job Summary
Manage incoming phone calls from insureds and brokers, providing high-level customer service for inquiries regarding account statuses, billing payments, and NSFs. Process various tasks including policy payments and updating banking information while overseeing overdue accounts at a policy level. Work closely with other Billing Representatives to ensure a high level of customer service to the broker network. Handle inquiries and concerns on various billing payments while maintaining strong attention to detail in organizing and managing information.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years' experience in the Customer Service field
- Customer service orientated
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven conflict management and resolution skills
- Ability to organize and manage information with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Program Suite
- Satisfactory background check
- Satisfactory driver's abstract

- Post-Secondary education in a related field
