Billing Representative

Job Summary
The Billing Representative will contact workplaces (e.g., healthcare facilities) to collect payments, follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email, obtain commitments to pay, identify root causes of non-payment, and coordinate with Billing Disputes, Sales, and Customer Support to remove roadblocks. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts for outstanding debts, reviewing data, contacting accounts payable or administrators, maintaining logs, escalating critical accounts, building relationships to communicate billing policies and terms, and aiming for a high quarterly collection rate. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving for delinquent accounts, and adapting to changes in technology while working remotely.
