Drive revenue-cycle improvements, supervisor coaching and performance management, and cross-department collaboration to accelerate issue resolution, reduce escalations, and identify root causes affecting reimbursement. Oversee workflows, quality assurance, and call-center performance while steering initiatives in automation and digital patient engagement to enhance patient satisfaction and financial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Experience with call center operations required
