Billing Operations Analyst (12 month contract)

Job Summary
Process and manage global billing operations, including generating invoices and credit memos, to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Resolve billing issues and respond to stakeholder inquiries promptly while collaborating with Finance and Sales to resolve discrepancies and manage Pricing Request Forms. Conduct regular audits, execute end-of-month activities, and prepare detailed reports to maintain comprehensive documentation for audit readiness. Identify bottlenecks and lead projects to continuously improve billing systems and processes, including the exploration of AI tools. This 12-month contract role in London supports all elements of the global billing process, with a hybrid schedule requiring two days in-office and occasional out-of-hours communication to support international colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing enterprise billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work with spreadsheets and perform basic data analysis
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage time efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a clear ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Expectation of coming into the office two days a week
- Ability to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours
