Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the billing department, support staff development, and ensure accurate CPT/ICD-10 coding. Collaborate with PPO networks and TPA payers on contracts and reimbursements, educate on coding standards, and coordinate credentialing for new radiologists. Enforce billing policies and procedures, handle customer billing inquiries professionally, and drive compliance and efficiency across the billing function.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Radiology Certified Coder RCC or AAPC
- 3-5 years coding experience in all modalities
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience with Intergy (or similar billing software) preferred
