Job Summary
Manage the full billing process up to claim submission for U.S.-based medical practices, preparing and submitting corrected claims when errors are identified. Handle appeals through online submissions or manual/mail-based channels, communicating with insurance companies to resolve denials or process changes. Coordinate with internal billing leads and maintain accurate documentation within billing systems while following established workflows. Work independently after structured training, adapting to different billing rules across multiple U.S. insurance companies. This LATAM-based independent contractor role requires bilingual Spanish and English skills and full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours. Compensation is $850 USD monthly.
Required Qualifications
- LATAM-based candidates

- Proven experience in U.S. medical billing and insurance claims
- Hands-on experience with corrected claims and appeals
- Familiarity with CPT and diagnostic codes
- Experience communicating with U.S. insurance providers
- English level: B2 or higher (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently after training
- Comfortable following documented procedures and workflows
- Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours
