Billing & Data Entry (Part-Time)

Enter bills of lading into the internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy while learning industry terms and National Motor Freight Classification. Communicate paperwork issues to Service Centers, perform assigned audits, and enter proper Hazardous Materials bills. Review weekly Error Reports for feedback and accuracy of corrections. Assist Service Centers with billing questions and identify relevant billing issues. This second-shift role requires exceptional data entry skills and the ability to work late afternoons and evenings in a fast-paced environment.
