Billing & Data Entry (Full-Time)

Enter bills of lading into the internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy. Learn and retain industry terms pertaining to billing, including National Motors Freight Classification. Communicate billing issues and assist Service Centers with relevant questions. Perform assigned audits and enter proper Hazardous Materials bills. Review weekly Error Reports for feedback and accuracy of corrections. This 2nd shift position requires exceptional data entry skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work late afternoons and evenings. Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age are required.
