Job Summary
Billing & Client Relations Coordinator at a prestigious national law firm. Responsibilities include client invoice processing, full cycle billing, time-entry management, and generating invoices via mail or electronic means; use of Aderant Expert and iTimeKeep for billing and timekeeping; troubleshooting billing system issues; assisting attorneys with specialized billing arrangements; new business intake, client/matter data validation, conflict and risk management; collections and AR management; producing collections reports and supporting monthly/quarterly reporting; training new hires in billing processes and timekeeping systems; collaborating with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and compliant matter setup.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of legal billing experience preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience in electronic billing required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and report-writing software necessary
- Experience with Aderant EA Pro Billing required
