Job Summary
Billing & Collections Specialist for the Italian market responsible for end-to-end billing, invoicing accuracy, credit control, collections, resolving billing and payment disputes, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative actions. You will monitor ageing reports, collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners, analyse KPIs, and support reporting to improve efficiency and standardisation within the Q2C cycle. The role requires fluent Italian and English, strong analytical skills with financial data, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Hybrid working with two to three days in the Porto office, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
