Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Billing & Collections Lead to enhance client billing experiences and facilitate timely collection of accounts receivable. This role includes monitoring client accounts for payment issues, managing end-to-end collections, and resolving billing disputes. Key responsibilities feature effective client communication, collaboration with internal teams, and adherence to service level agreements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Excel, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Willing to work U.S. hours (night shift) to support our U.S. client base
- Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting software, or ticketing systems
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices
- Experience with US GAAP
- Experience with Netsuite, Intercom, Salesforce
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
