Job Summary
Billing Clerk responsible for generating and processing invoices, verifying billing data for completeness and accuracy, following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment, reconciling discrepancies with clients and internal teams, addressing client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status, and producing regular accounts receivable reports to support management in optimizing billing processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with professional and courteous client handling
