Job Summary
Billing Clerk responsible for processing multiple sales orders and ensuring billing eligibility, reconciling service orders for invoicing, reviewing adjustment requests for credit or manual bill, reconciling third-party vendor invoices for payment, running system jobs for revenue activities, and collaborating with internal partners to resolve billing issues. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable; finance related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact well in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must be flexible to work overtime if required
