Job Summary
Process orders, book orders, review contracts, and manage order acknowledgements for assigned pump repair facilities. Execute order entry, invoicing, and AR follow-ups while handling dispute management and creating job files. Scan records, process ERP data, and communicate with facility teams. Manage individual employee training records, documentation packages, and purchase orders. Requires high school diploma, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ERP system experience. Reports to the Order Administration Manager with matrix to the site leader.
