Billing Clerk at a global professional services firm responsible for editing bills in the 3E system, assisting in finalizing bills, pulling back-up receipts in Chrome River, performing basic accounting tasks, preparing accruals, and creating basic Excel reports. Requires an associate degree in accounting/business or related field (a four-year degree preferred); internship consideration for final-year students. Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Accounting/Business or related fields (minimum)
  • Final-year students may be considered for internship position
  • Understanding of accounting principles AR and legal terminology
  • Previous accounting experience (including strong internships) is a plus; candidates with billing experience strongly considered
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Capacity to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team
  • Flexible, adaptable, cooperative attitude
  • Experience with 3E system, Chrome River, and e-billing hub is a plus
