Billing Clerk

Post all retail and wholesale transactions to ensure accurate general ledger balances and gross profit reporting. Prepare bi-monthly sales payroll and expense sales team salaries and bonuses. Verify accounting gross profit and sales commission calculations while maintaining accurate deal logs, commission logs, and sales personnel pay sheets. Issue refund checks for vehicle deposits and compile reports as requested. Review and adjust inventory as needed, and submit or exclude Limited Warranties for all retail new and used sales. This role supports the Accounting Department at Casey Auto Group, managing core financial processing for vehicle sales across all dealerships.
