Billing & Claims Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish)

Process claims for NEMT and GMR rides, reconcile billing data to encounter records, and resolve claims issues with providers and internal operations teams. Analyze incoming calls to research benefit plans, interpret provider contracts, and address disputes in accordance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Develop billing policies and procedures, mentor junior staff, and implement scalable systems for financial reporting to management and state agencies. Serve as the team's subject matter expert for critical projects while championing the company culture.
