Job Summary
Respond to inbound calls to resolve billing issues, clarify charges, and assist with payments for Internet, Digital Phone, and Cable TV subscribers. Identify sales opportunities during these interactions to offer upgrades, bundles, or new services. Act as an active listener showing empathy in a non-scripted, fast-paced environment while multitasking across Windows applications to verify information and de-escalate inquiries. Achieve performance goals for call time, accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. Work rotating shifts Monday through Sunday between 8am and 9:30pm EST from home or in-office.
Required Qualifications
- Stellar attendance and punctuality
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience
- Ability to receive and implement ongoing feedback / coaching
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills
- Comfortable with technology, the Internet, Windows, and competent typing skills
- Ability to successfully employ de-escalation strategies
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Must be results oriented
- Motivated to be a consistent performer
- Availability to be scheduled between 8am and 9:30pm Mon-Sun
- Candidates must be legally able to work in New Brunswick, Canada
- Candidates should not be convicted of a criminal offense for which a pardon has not been received
Desired Qualifications
