Billing and Credentialing Specialist responsible for the full revenue cycle for The Villa Health and The Villa Medical Group, including claim submission, payment posting, denial resolution, and provider credentialing. Collaborates with administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient experience. Key duties include managing patient registration and verifying insurance eligibility, submitting claims and posting payments, resolving denied claims, maintaining and updating provider credentialing files, tracking credentialing and re-credentialing, verifying accuracy of provider directory listings, communicating with payers/clearinghouses/regulatory bodies, supporting billing inquiries, ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and contributing to policy updates in a hybrid work environment with in-office, virtual, or remote delivery.
