Billing Analyst - Temporal

Review and verify monthly internal reports of invoices pending registration. Ensure invoice data aligns with local country regulations and register/rename invoices in the system by vendor or client. Generate workspaces with media teams to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements. Assist in month-end billing close procedures, verifying invoice consolidation, ensuring timely registration, and notifying stakeholders of any irregularities. This temporary role spans six months. Requires a background in accounting or business administration with at least one year of billing experience, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and basic to intermediate knowledge of SOX. Intermediate English and Central American tax law knowledge are desirable.
