Job Summary
Billing Analyst to partner with the Aviation Customer Service department, creating and distributing invoices with high accuracy to guarantee revenue. Role involves processing induction information and customer orders, preparing and distributing reports, coordinating with service engineers, operations, logistics, and materials, explaining pricing/estimate/invoice changes to customers, monitoring cost projections, resolving warranty claims, and supporting proposals, quotes, and presentations. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with databases/SQL. Must meet US Persons requirements per ITAR.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting or customer service role
- Two years of experience working with electronic billing procedures
- Two years of experience in MS Office (particularly Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
- High school completion or equivalent to high school completion with specialized training
- Must meet US Persons requirements per ITAR.
