Job Summary
Billing Analyst responsible for maintaining accurate customer account records, applying payments, monitoring outstanding receivables, performing AR reconciliations, and preparing aging and financial reports. Will investigate billing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and issue credit notes or adjustments as needed, leveraging accounting software (QuickBooks is advantageous) and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 6 months work experience in Billing and Invoicing
- Experience with any accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
- Proficiency in using MS Excel (SUM, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Query Function)
- High analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
