Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst responsible for Project Maintenance, Project Invoicing, Project Reporting and Analysis; supports Project Managers and Stakeholders. Duties include setting up projects, reforecasting, ensuring billing per instructions (Fixed Price and Time & Materials), monitoring invoices, attaching final packages in the AR line in Oracle, verifying contracts in CLS, interfacing with Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable, monitoring validation reports, inter-project time/expense transfers, setting up variations, ensuring revenue recognition (POC%, cost, revenues, WIP, backlog), interpreting project results and deviations, monitoring work in progress and unbilled receivables, maintaining forecast vs actual billing dates; requires collaboration and strong MS Office skills, experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics), and excellent English communication. The role is based in Makati, Philippines (Night Shift) with a focus on billing processes within a multinational/shared services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Exposure in Shared Service or Multinational environment is an advantage
- Experience with ERP Systems is preferred (Oracle, SAP & Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service focus
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Can work on flexible hours to meet changing environment and deadlines
- Experience working with and managing contracts preferred
