Job Summary
Process all billing opportunities for assigned MRI Software verticals, including net new deals, client renewals, and ad hoc additions. Gain an understanding of end-to-end revenue impact, credits, and deferred revenue implications while identifying and resolving billing issues. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales to coordinate fee schedules, accommodate client requests, and research disputes. Manage client information within the billing system to ensure proper invoice delivery and make recommendations for improved processes. Perform other duties and participate in cross-training projects as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
