Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst responsible for end-to-end billing across multiple locations, preparing and verifying invoices, and ensuring billing accuracy per contractual terms. Manages accounts receivable collections, contacts customers to secure timely payments, reconciles payments and customer accounts, and provides AR analysis and reporting. Collaborates with project management and finance to review job costs, project billing, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. Maintains confidentiality of financial data and supports month-end/year-end close tasks. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, and experience in full-cycle AR, billing, and collections.
