Billing Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare and submit client invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance, entering details into the Eclipse accounting system. Investigate and resolve billing issues while performing data integrity checks to maintain system accuracy. Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial planning activities, including updating deposit forecasts and providing accruals. Serve as a subject matter expert for AR processes, offering training and support to the Billing and Site Admin teams. Backup the Billing/AR Supervisor in day-to-day functions and contribute to cross-functional meetings. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of AR/Billing experience
