Billing Analyst - Intermediate

Job Summary
Billing Analyst responsible for daily billing activities including updating customer billing profiles, creating and distributing invoices promptly, completing customer setup and contract review, and resolving basic disputes and discrepancies related to customer profiles, billing and invoicing. Generate billing reporting, perform reconciliations, monitor accounts receivable, and support Oracle/Salesforce/CRM capabilities with strong attention to detail and excellent communication. Requires strong Excel skills, a high school diploma, and 1 year of experience in an accounting environment; 2 years of Excel experience preferred; additional qualifications include Oracle knowledge, Salesforce/CRM experience, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving ability, organizational/time-management skills, and expertise in full-cycle billing.
