Job Summary

Review contract details for Billing Highlights Portal, Task Orders, and Clin/Slin information to summarize for the Billing Manager. Create SF 1035 invoice templates from Deltek CP or Excel, then load monthly data into Project Invoice templates while validating hours and amounts against Deltek CP. Complete audits of monthly hours and costs, verify timesheets, and resolve errors by initiating correspondence with PCA's, PMs, and A/P. Submit Project Monthly Invoice packages to PMs, load approved data into Govt/Client Portals, and save all documentation to SharePoint. Liaise with Accounts Payable on subcontractor performance, resolve short payments and rejected invoices with DFAS and Claims technicians, and support Billing Dept involvement with ICS and KRP audits.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and background in Govt Contract Accounting
  • Five plus years of Deltek CP use, emphasis in projects and Billing Modules
  • General knowledge on Contract Administration
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
