Job Summary
Billing Analyst responsible for generating invoices and ensuring revenue recognition within timelines in compliance with internal controls. Manages high volumes of customer invoicing, monitors unbilled revenue, collaborates with Collections to resolve billing issues, and sets up new customers in the financial system. Activities include verifying consistency between contracts, audit reports, and internal systems; reviewing and coding Travel & Entertainment expenses; submitting billing requests through SharePoint; generating weekly and month-end reports, improving KPIs such as DSO and overdue receivables; coordinating with super users and Help Desk on interface errors; participating in special projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Work modality is Hybrid; location is Bogotá, Colombia. Education and experience requirements include a Technical/Technological degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 1–3 years of billing/invoicing experience with AR experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Technical or Technological degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in billing/invoicing processes, with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes preferred
