Job Summary
Issue and distribute invoices, process new contracts and sales, and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing. Collaborate with departments to address customer complaints, reconcile transactions, and prepare analytical reports for monthly and quarterly audits. Resolve billing errors and assist with audit requests while maintaining strict attention to detail. This 2-year fixed-term contract, potentially extendable to permanent, requires proficiency in MS Office and electronic billing procedures. Hybrid work is available.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
- Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication ability
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
