Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst at Nashville-based digital streaming network responsible for end-to-end billing activities, invoice generation, reconciliations, and month-end support. Collaborates with internal requestors, sales, client services, and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoice delivery. Supports system and process improvements, exercises strong Excel and data analysis skills, and works with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) to interface billing data. Qualifications include 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, proficiency in Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with accounts receivable or billing. The role requires hybrid work in Nashville, TN, with on-site attendance when the team returns to the office; shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with potential overtime.
