Job Summary
Administer monthly and quarterly revenue collection processes across AssetMark business units, overseeing third-party payment workflows for Marketing Support and Premier BD. Perform daily peer reviews of billing maintenance requests and transaction reviews, including fee account setup error checks. Implement negotiated fee agreements and continuously upgrade standard operating procedures while delivering ad-hoc revenue analysis. Proactively identify process gaps and drive solutions from initiation to implementation. This full-time hybrid role in Charlotte, NC requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of financial services or billing experience, with a base salary of $60,000–$70,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of financial services or billing experience is preferred
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered
