Job Summary
Review invoices for accurate data submissions and rate validations from multiple vendors daily. Process assigned invoices accurately, efficiently, and timely. Assist in monthly closings by preparing accruals for Finance partners. Submit business requests for new engagements and handle check voids or payment voucher cancellations. Identify and research monthly variances to budget or forecast. Partner directly with the finance team on goals and initiatives. This role reports to the Finance Manager for retail expenses within the Enterprise Security Department.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume data-entry office setting
- inquisitive mind set looking to learn and grow with the team
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- proven ability to prioritize competing demands from within the enterprise
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manipulate data and use basic functions in Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally both verbally and in writing
- sense of urgency
- proven ability to respond to and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Experience with SAP and Ariba
