Job Summary
Process and reprice auto medical and workers compensation claims through system queues in first-in-first-out order while maintaining client and regulatory SLAs. Resolve bill exceptions by verifying data against captured images, applying claims adjuster instructions, and flagging errors for rejection. Reach a daily average quota for processed claims and jobs. Maintain communication with your supervisor as needed. Utilize 1+ years of medical coding and bill repricing experience to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be process and task oriented
- Computer savvy and previous experience using Microsoft Office Products
- 1+ years medical coding experience – CPT, ICD
- 1+ years experience in Medical Bill Repricing
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Auto Claim Management
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment
