Bill Payment & TopUps Specialist

Job Summary
The incumbent will service and support agents and customers on bill payment and phone top-up products to boost growth of core offerings, provide training to new and existing agents, and follow up on complaints with suppliers. Lead analysis, preparation, and approval of commercial agreements from sales, monitor reports to assess progress toward goals, and adhere to the Information Security Policy with annual training. Requires strong communication and math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, bilingual English/Spanish, and a flexible schedule. Working in a general office environment with location in Tijuana, Baja California.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work on a flexible Schedule
