Job Summary
Interact with youth to develop trusting relationships while providing leadership and advocacy support toward targeted goals. Prepare activities and rooms for the program, report problems to the Out of School Coordinator, and complete all required documentation and training on time. Maintain a safe, caring atmosphere for youth and families while managing administrative tasks using office software and devices. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and bilingual English/Spanish fluency. Full-time role with 33 paid days off, healthcare benefits, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/300,000 bodily injury liability
- 21 years of age
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, internet search, people management programs, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide emotional support to minors as they navigate various developmental stages
