Job Summary
Provide comprehensive Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) treatment to families of youth ages 12-17 struggling with delinquent behaviors. Collaborate with families to identify strengths and challenges across school, home, and community systems while developing weekly treatment goals. Work within a clinical team to conduct termination interviews, submit monthly progress reports, and discuss transition recommendations with referring providers. Submit monthly written progress reports to referring providers and discuss transition recommendations with them. Conduct termination interviews to summarize treatment progress. Full-time 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling between 7:00am-9:00pm. Salary $70,000-$72,100 plus $5,000 onboarding reward. Company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling and/or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- LMSW
- LPC-A
- LMFT-A
- Valid driver's license
- Able to speak Spanish and English
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with individual and family counseling
