Job Summary
Bilingual Youth Care Specialist provides direct service delivery to residents aged 10-17 in Sarasota, FL; supervises residents, maintains a safe environment, transports and accompanies residents to outside activities, participates in client case plans, assists with supervision of activities and chores, may prepare meals, screens clients and conducts initial intakes, oversees medication self-administration, and completes required paperwork with CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention training within 90 days. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Certified CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention within the first 90 days of employment
