Job Summary
Bilingual Workforce Talent Advisor on-site supervisor role for Surge Staffing, focusing on meeting temporary help and/or training needs for a major client. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service to customers and temporary employees, matching temporaries to client needs, developing and retaining business through outstanding customer service, performing administrative tasks, monitoring attendance, processing Workers Compensation claims, reconciling invoices from vendors, and supervising one or more On-site Staffing Specialists. Requires High School diploma and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with supervisory or customer-service experience and strong administrative and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Must be able to Speak, Read, and Write in both Spanish and English
- Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnerships
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience
- Must have great communication and customer service skills
- Must have administrative skills
- Experience in performing background checks, I 9, and E Verify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
