Job Summary
Bilingual Workforce Supervisor (English and Spanish) to lead and support production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities of production staff, training and coaching team members, maintaining accurate records and reporting, monitoring productivity and performance metrics, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating with management to optimize workflows. Prior supervisory experience preferred, ideally in production or warehouse operations; must be fluent in English and Spanish and proficient with MS Office; perform background checks and I-9/E-Verify as part of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience
- Experience in performing background checks, I 9, and E Verify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
