Job Summary
Deliver high-quality service to customers and temporary employees by matching skills to needs and developing business relationships. Monitor employee attendance, process workers compensation claims, reconcile vendor invoices, and perform administrative tasks while supervising on-site staffing specialists. Ensure fluency in Spanish and English for all interactions. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time position with equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish and English
- High School diploma required
- Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience
- Must have great communication and customer service skills
- Must have administrative skills
- Experience in performing background checks, I 9, and E Verify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
