Job Summary
Deliver high-quality service to customers and temporary employees by matching skills to needs and developing business relationships. Monitor employee attendance, process Workers Compensation claims, reconcile vendor invoices, and supervise On-site Staffing Specialists while performing administrative tasks. Ensure fluency in Spanish and English for all interactions. Work Monday through Friday from 4am to 3pm. This role supports Surge's mission of connecting great employees with great customers through customized workforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish and English
- High School diploma required
- Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience
- Must have great communication and customer service skills
- Must have administrative skills
- Experience in performing background checks, I 9, and E Verify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
