Job Summary
Paralegal specializing in workers' compensation with bilingual English/Spanish fluency. Core duties include legal research, organizing and analyzing information, drafting pleadings and legal documents, validating forms, maintaining case files, coordinating subpoenas, communicating with witnesses and clients, and assisting the attorney in court. Requires associates degree minimum (preferred), ~3 years legal experience (preferred), strong drafting, writing, and verbal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
